                "text": "Mute kills your voice chat, gag kills your text chat. You can get one, the other, or both. These are usually handed out for spam, toxicity, or mic abuse when a full ban would be overkill."

                "text": "Depends on what you did. Temporary bans expire on their own — an hour, a day, a week, whatever the admin set. Permanent bans (length 0) stay until an admin manually lifts them. Cheating and wallhacking usually get permanent bans, rage and team-killing usually get temporary ones."
